Arizona faces a severe shortage of housing, especially in desirable and growing job centers like Tempe. This shortage has made housing unaffordable and the root cause is restrictive land-use policies like exclusionary zoning.

It’s crucial that we build more housing, build it where people want to live, and build affordable options that are restricted by current zoning laws.
