Support Missing Middle in Tempe

Tempe is allowing Missing Middle housing as required by HB 2721. Unfortunately, city staff seem determined to go no further than the legally required minimum.

We are urging city council and staff to go beyond what state law requires and allow naturally affordable Missing Middle homes citywide.

Support the Starter Homes Act

The Starter Homes Act is before the Arizona State Legislature. The bill would allow naturally affordable starter homes to be built on smaller plots of land.

Contact your State Representatives and urge them to pass SB 1229.
